• Prepare and process insurance policy documents, applications, and other paperwork.

• Manage and organize client files, documents, and correspondence in a systematic and efficient manner

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in business administration or insurance is preferred
• Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role, with knowledge of the insurance industry being an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other office management software
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer service orientation
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Role Overview:

As an Assistant Credit Controller, you will play a pivotal role within the Customer Excellence Team, contributing to the enhancement of customer-centric strategies. • Streamline processes and be involved in system enhancements.

Requirements:

• Minimally a Diploma in Finance, Business, Accountancy or a relevant discipline.
• At least one year of experience in credit assessment and credit control management.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a strong focus on risk-control.
• Effective interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Meticulous, self-motivated, resourceful and adaptable.
