Main responsibilities

• You contribute to the development of transversal projects, improvement of capabilities of the team and promote AI based application development. The scope of responsibilities includes:

Qualifications and Profile

As a Product Support Assistant at Eastern & Oriental Express, a Belmond Train, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and unforgettable journeys. Assist in the coordination and execution of support activities for our train operations. This role involves providing technical and administrative support to ensure smooth operations and enhance passenger experiences. Primary Responsibilities include,

The IT specialist will collaborate closely with the Principal Investigators and staff from both the Clinical Imaging Research Centre and the Centre for Translational MR Research at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine to ensure seamless IT operations.

Responsibilities

IT System Management & Administration (with support from external vendors)

• Manage and administer Windows servers, including OS installation, basic firewall configuration, security patching, and upgrades. Additionally, oversee the creation of virtual machines and deployment of containers (e.g., Docker), management of user accounts and access.
• Basic administration for Linux systems.
• Maintain network infrastructure, troubleshoot basic network issues, and administer systems/servers within the existing networking infrastructure. Manage computing cluster networks, VLANs, and closed networks for specialized medical equipment.
• Administer information management systems, including medical applications such as Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), Radiology Information System (RIS), and Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). Coordinate with external vendors for support and maintenance, including Siemens applications and XNAT.
