• Assist the Chief Engineer and/or Maintenance Officer to issue Work Orders / HotSOS to Duty Engineers and Technicians.
• To compile all hardcopies of Daily Activities, Meter Readings and Maintenance Report and transfer in engineering e-folder.
• Preparation and submission of Monthly Maintenance and Utilities Report.
• Check the work load and efficiency of various sections.
• To monitor and update Maintenance Schedule for both in-house Engineering Team and outsource Contractors on daily basis.
• Ensure Duty Personnel and Vendors carry out the Room Preventive Maintenance (RPM) and the Periodic Plant Maintenance (PPM) works according to the scheme and schedule.
• Filing of Vendor’s Service Reports, Invoices and other documents.
• To assist Chief Engineer and/or Maintenance Officer on Licensing and Maintenance Contracts expiry and renewal.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all shipments reach our store on time.
• Practice customer service when interacting with other companies and clients and see to it all external parties receive a positive interaction with the company
• Verify all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice to order and ensuring all goods are in acceptable condition
• Accurately package, label and weigh items to be shipped and ensure proper shipment method and shipping charges
• Work with team members to see that all documents are handled promptly, and goods are shipped and stored properly
• Ensure accurate data is captured in the transport management system (Des/ITM)
• Tallying /Tracing of import cargoes
• Perform inbound receipts/checking and other related activities
• Liaising with our LSP (Haulier, Sagawa) and other office personnel
• Reconciliation external warehouse inventory
• Keeping the records and documentation
• Data entry (MVBC) and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

• Min 1-2 years of Cooking experience, or Culinary Arts background in any cuisine preferred (Training is provided)
• Salary: $3,000 - $3,500 Basic + about $200 monthly Meal and Performance Allowances + Annual Variable Bonus
• Work 6 days per week in Split Shifts (3-hour break between 2pm-5pm)

Responsilities

• Prepare non-Halal Sushi / Sashimi / Maki dishes as per customers' orders
• Uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at the workstation
• Ensure proper planning, preparation, portioning, and storage of ingredients to maintain freshness and avoid wastage
• Interact professionally with diners, ensuring a positive dining experience

Additional Details

• Working Location: Downtown East, Pasir Ris
• Working Hours: 10am - 9pm (3-hour break between 2-5pm)
• 1 Rest Day on weekday (weekends off occasionally)

Requirements

• Must be able to handle and taste non-Halal food (Pork and Alcohol is served)
• Able to work 6 days per week

At CNBC, we offer TV packages on the global economy and international business to the business channel of China State Broadcaster. We are looking for a News Assistant to join our team and help our reporter create Chinese-language content.

In this role, you will provide editorial support to our show production teams, focusing on Chinese content for CCTV platforms. Your tasks will include assisting with research, cutting and logging videos, building graphics, basic segment production and guest booking. You will start learning about Asian business and markets, and the fundamentals of journalism, and you will have opportunity to work on CNBC Asia Pacific’s live English TV programming.

This role is ideal for candidates starting a career in journalism and TV news production, with keen interest in business and current affairs. Strong candidates include those pursuing degrees in journalism, communications, media, business or economics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES                                                                                                      

• Collaborate closely with teams in China and Singapore to ensure all content is broadcast-ready
• Translate, coordinate and verify scripts between Chinese and English languages accurately
• Work with video editors to cut videos and ensure content aligns with scripts for CCTV reports
• Create graphics and data boards using CNBC’s in-house applications and coordinate with Graphics team to generate high-quality visuals that supplement news stories
• Produce accurate interview transcripts in Chinese language for CCTV reports
• Draft short pitches in Chinese language for CCTV
• Conduct research on stories as required
• Assist the reporter with logistics, guest coordination, and post-filming editing for outside filming assignments
