The Senior IT Specialist will report to the IT Infrastructure Manager. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of infrastructure activities, providing support during incidents, and contributing to the successful execution of network projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a proactive approach to operational tasks.

Responsibilities

Infrastructure Execution and Support

• Execute day-to-day IT infrastructure activities, ensuring adherence to established procedures and standards.
• Provide technical support for network-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems promptly.

Project Execution

• Assist in the execution of network projects, following guidelines provided by the IT Infrastructure Manager.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful implementation of network solutions.

Qualifications
