Partnering with a global Medical Device MNC with an established branding, our client is seeking a Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance Executive (6-Months Contract).

Reporting to the RA/QA Director, we are looking for someone with good knowledge of regulatory framework.

In this role, you shall assist in the execution of the regulatory strategies in assigned markets throughout the company product life cycle, with a focus on efficient pre-market and post- market regulatory approvals.

You will also support the review and approval of:

• Change control activities
• Product promotional activities
• Product registration
• Product labeling
• Regulatory inspections and audits

You should have at least 2 years’ of regulatory experience in medical devices and a related science degree.

• Handle daily crewing functions and adhere to policies and procedures.
• Create and implement crewing strategies for recruitment and retention, contract and performance management, disciplinary actions, and all trainings, insurance claims and manage crew budgets.
• Responsible for crew mobilization and demobilization, including Singapore Work Pass, travel, visas, and accommodations, efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Keep accurate crew records, process timely payroll, facilitate logistics for crew changes, and review related invoices.
• Comply with all regulations in accordance with IMO conventions like STCW and MLC, Flag requirements, MPA, ICA, and MOM regulations.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Maritime Business or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of crewing and ship management experience.
• Strong knowledge of crewing and manning requirements of Harbor Craft vessels.
• Familiar with Singapore Work Pass, Flag, MPA, ICA and MOM processes.
