• Process and responsible for full cycles of monthly payroll processing on time.
• Process employees' claims, IR8A, IR21 and all other related tax forms and filings.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation preparation and employee exit management.
• Assist in company certification/licence renewal.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

4. Provides sales and design services to clientele, including house calls, presenting floor plans and full presentation boards for design projects.
5. Ability to create a computer based floor plan and work with design software & templates.
6. Builds and maintains a high level of product knowledge related to furniture, home furnishings, and related accessories, including a strong understanding of construction features.
7. Stays current on interior design trends in their local market and on a national level.

• To understand customers’ needs and to ensure customer satisfaction
• To manage areas such as project costing
• To prepare project quotation
• To schedule workflow, ensuring smooth coordination of renovation project
• To work closely with contractor and suppliers to achieve high quality project completion
• To make sure the design proposed and timeline set are achieved
