Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of payroll functions in relation to the portfolio of clients (computation of payroll, CPF contribution, IR8A tax submission);
• Ensure payments to vendors are processed in compliance with the client’s policies and statutory requirements;

Job Description

1. Spearhead new projects by clients to develop from product brief / conception to Finished Good / First Customer Ship.

2. Work closely with Food Production staff including chefs to montior closely timeline , ensuring no manday over-run and also various external vendor like suppliers of raw materials, packaging and client updates.

3. Hands-on in the manufacturing to drive and support production and packing to ensure timeline is achieved.

4. Work closely with Head Chef, sous chef to obtain solutions to ensure timeline , ingredients sufficiency, manpower planning, packaging all aligns with datelines.

Job Requirement

1. This candidate should preferably be trained in culinary arts and have at least 2 years experience in Catering, Central Kitchen, Food institutions in volume production.

• Responsible for design and creativity on projects from concept thinking design, and space planning through to development and presentation, ensuring high quality outputs and creativity
• Responsible for Full Set 2D & 3D Max/V-Ray, Adobe Suite, Sketch Up, AutoCAD and joinery drawings including as-built drawing.
