• Managing and Operating Red Hat Linux, Windows VM Infrastructure

• ○ Installation/Configuration/Hardening/Maintenance/Patching

• ○ Maintain System Security

• ○ Advanced Troubleshooting

• ○ Performance Tuning

• ○ Capacity Management

• ○ Preventive/Proactive Support

• ○ Incident/Change/Problem Management

• ○ Provide system administration support and guidance for development team’s app configuration tasks

• ○ Veritas Clustering Setup on RHEL VM would be added advantage

• ○ Chef Automation would be added advantage

• ○ AWS EC2 maintenance

• Managing and Operating VMware vSphere IT infrastructure

• Other IT Infrastructure Related Tasks

Requirements

• Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Windows Administration

• Professional understanding of networking related to RHEL and Windows

• Professional understanding of SAN Storage related to RHEL and Windows

• AWS Certified Solution Architect will be an advantage

• Good understanding of large Data Center Facilities operation

• Hands-On experience supporting various Infrastructure agents like NetBackup

• (Mid-Level) vSphere 7.x.

• Cross-team collaboration with storage, network, security and application delivery

• Technical leadership quality to handle technical challenge and sensitive situations

• Integrate the server automation process either by custom scripts or via third-party solutions(Ansible)

• Candidate should have the drive and intellectual horsepower to resolve user issues and support them through telephone, email, or via chat services as applicable

• Strong communications skills

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Part of a team that is responsible for the Network Engineering & Deployment function and supporting Datacentre , Campus , Remote Offices and Public Cloud Network. This is a technical hands on role in the Network Services team as Senior Network & Security Engineer.

• Lead network deployment projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation of network solutions.

• Work closely with vendors and third-party providers for Solution Architecture, Equipment procurement and installation.

• Provide Tier-3 support for Network & Security related issues and participate in a rotating Network Operations oncall schedule , including weekends, supporting a multi-vendor network for Enterprise Network.

• Create , maintain and review High Level Design , Low Level Design & Operational practices across the teams.

• Drive efficiencies through Automation.

• What we are looking for Preferred qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree and 8 -14 years of experience in core Network technologies including Cisco ACI ,Checkpoint & Palo Alto Firewalls ,F5 Load balancer & WAF .

• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex network for Datacenter or Public cloud migration projects.

• Proven ability to design, implement, and oversee large-scale network deployments.

• One or more of the following Certifications - CCIE ,CCNP , PCNSE , CCSE , AWS Certified Advanced Networking - Specialty or equivalents

• Strong fundamental knowledge in LAN, WAN and Network Security technologies and products.

• Excellent project and vendor management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence and communicate effectively with non-technical audiences and senior management.

Mandatory Skillsets

• Expertise in Cisco ACI Multi Pod / Multi Site deployments .

• Expertise in Application Delivery Network products – F5 Load balancers & WAF

• Expertise in managing Checkpoint & Palo Alto Firewalls & IPS Good to have Skillsets

• Experience in Application Delivery Network products –Bluecoat Proxy & Akamai CDN.

• Experience in managing Infoblox IPAM , DNS, DHCP solutions.

• Experience in managing Micro segmentation products like Illumio and Guardicore.

• Experience in managing Voice Infrastructure with Cisco CUCM and Verint Recorders .

• Experience in managing network management systems like Solarwinds , Riverbed & Thousand Eyes.

• Experience in performing Deep packet capture analysis using Wireshark or Similar products.

• Experience in Network Automation using Ansible & Terraform.

• Experience in managing Network Security Products like NAC , ISE & Algosec.
