Responsibilities:

• Review client’s design and consultant’s drawings for any discrepancies, issue RFI and resolve the issue with consultant
• Coordinate with contractor’s design consultant team to carry out any C&S design (temporary and permanent) to ensure that the design is aligned with the company’s Zero Harm policy.
• Review all technical design drawings and calculations to meet client’s specifications and authority compliance
• Work with the project team to advise on any value engineering proposal
• Review the method statement and risk assessment for compliance with the company’s Zero Harm policy.
• Supervise the C&S works and prepare daily site reports
• Lead and manage the subcontractor work progress to align with project schedule, quality and safety.
• Any tasks as assigned by the Project in-charge

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, recognized by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore
• At least 7 years relevant temporary works experience and have an engineering design and construction background
• Familiar with the local codes and standards and able to use STAAD Pro and Plaxis
• Candidates who possess knowledge in AutoCAD and structural software such as Orion, Prokon and Esteem will have an added advantage
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently
• This is a site-based role

Senior/ Staff - Radiology Nurse ( Office Hours) - Imaging Clinic

• Provide medical care and patient counselling to help patient understand about the scans or procedures and contrast injection.
• To assist Radiologist in interventional procedures and perform IV cannulation
• Chaperone doctors/ radiographers, prepare patients for scan examination as needed
• Ensure availability and operation of all the necessary equipment (e.g. BP machine, E-trolley check etc), medical supplies (e.g. medication, masks)Patient assessment and provide appropriate medical interventions.

Requirements

• Min of 3 years of experience in Radiology department
• Minimum Diploma in Nursing
• Fully registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• Valid BCLS/ AED
• Experience in Interventional Procedure
• Office hours, 5.5 days work week (One Saturday off in a month)
• Able to commit one week in a month for OT hours and will be paid accordingly.

About the SG Cares Volunteer Centre:
It is a key initiative under the SG Cares movement where community-based organisations are designated to be the “SG Cares Volunteer Centres (VCs)”. This initiative started since November 2018. SG Cares VCs are responsible to grow and coordinate volunteer supply, build volunteer management capabilities, and broker partnerships between demand and supply at the town level.

Responsibilities:

You will report to the main lead, and work alongside the C&P team to:

• Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders for outreach and volunteering opportunities
• Follow-up on volunteer enquiries, screen, assess, match and orientate volunteers to the services of the organisation
• Implement effective volunteer management system including recruitment, training, deployment, reward, retention and recognition
• Evaluate all aspects of volunteer programmes to ensure effectiveness and implement changes as appropriate
• Develop strategy and operationalise plans to market the services and volunteering opportunities of the organisation to community and corporate partners
• Update and maintain content of corporate website and social media platforms
• Monitor digital platforms on information and updates on SG Cares VC and partners
• Prepare quarterly Progress reports

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in mass communication, human resources, social studies or equivalent; relevant field will be desired and/or
• At least 1 – 2 years of working experiences in relevant fields / sector or has interest in community relations work
• Understand community relations work and enjoy working in a hybrid environment
• Keen and a good flair in digital communications tools
• Good written and verbal communications – no fear of people engagement at all
• Proficient in basic computer applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Ability to work collaboratively with volunteers from varying organisations and companies
• Able to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision as well as respecting team work and dynamics
