Responsibilities

• Prepare letters of credit (LC) in line with contractual terms in a timely manner. Ensure the LC draft is acceptable by our financing bank and the beneficiary prior to issuance.
• Coordinate LCs with the internal operations department and the banks.
• Reconcile daily bank positions.
• Follow up and execute payments under import LCs and against documents, ensuring loans are in place with the bank to satisfy working capital requirements.
• Maintain accuracy of an overall system of transactions.
• Liaising with the contracts team and following up on contractual issues.

15. MIS reporting as and when needed.
