• Manage payroll processing for 500 headcount including new hires, termination, OT Computation, allowances, deductions, salary recovery, leave and benefits administration, employee claims etc.
• Preparation and submission of income tax clearance (IR21) for work pass holder
• Prepare and submission of CPF, IR8A, government paid claim.
• Ensure employee data accuracy and process control improvements
• Preparation of Payroll report and brand billing.
• Submission of Government Survey and attend to auditor on the yearly audit exercise.

Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience related to hands-on payroll for at least 200 headcount.

You will be responsible for coordinating sea import shipments, managing import/export files, updating shipment statuses, and handling customer notifications.
