What You Will Do

• Knowledge of connector/cable manufacturing processes; molding, stamping, plating and assembly and lead a focused team consisting of product and SI engineers, all tooling PE’s and plants ME function to support product development process ensuring robust product design and manufacturability in low and high volumes.

Primary Function

Lead the Sales Admin Team in fullfulling all sales processing functions.

Job Description

1. Creation of new sales deals and processes, support Tender / Export / House deals and outgoing shipment, ensure essential documents are all in accordance with system and compliances.
2. Vehicle registrations and sales, stocks reports, COE bidding - organising and allocations with updating and reports, relevant documentary submissions to LTA, etc.
3. Sales Admin job distribution to ensure a smooth day to day workflow. Monthly and daily sales and inventory allocations, collate and submit monthly sales consultant sales, incentives and commission.
4. Prepare stocks production order with inventory management and planning. Correspond and arrange incoming shipemnt and inventory updates.
5. Other ad-hoc matters, hiccups and troubleshooting with working parties. Dispute resolutions and workflow improvements.

Requirements

• Familiar with vehicle registration processes and procedures.
• Microsoft Office / Excel proficiency.

Introduction:

We are looking for a dynamic individual to support and drive our company’s e-commerce business for multi-brands across different marketplace platforms and online buyers.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall e-commerce sales on Shopee, Lazada, Amazon and Shopify.
• Responsible for daily e-commerce operations, including uploading and monitoring product information on the platforms.
• Ensure timely execution of order process management.
• Update stock count, monitor shipment & delivery of orders, assure on-time deliveries and update systems accordingly.
• Provide customer service to support the sales growth.
• Attend queries, resolve any concerns on their orders with minimum TAT, maintain accurate and timely records of correspondences or discussions with customers.
• Prepare monthly summary sales reports.
• Plan and execute e-commerce promotion campaigns.
• Work with in-house designers to prepare promotion banners, category banners and campaign artwork.

Requirements:

• Energetic, collaborative and results-oriented person with 1-2 years of sales experience in FMCG. Experience in handling e-commerce platforms is a bonus.
• Possess at least a Diploma in any field.

Job Summary: The Treasury Executive will be responsible for managing the company’s financial activities, including cash flow management and liquidity planning.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cash Management

Monitor daily cash positions, manage cash flow forecasting, and ensure sufficient liquidity to meet the company’s operational needs.

• Financial Reporting

Prepare and analyse financial reports related to treasury activities, including daily cash flow statements and liquidity reports.

• Compliance

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to treasury activities.

• Support Treasury Duties

Handle interest fixing, fixed deposit placements, loan rollovers, bank account opening/closing, and KYC/due diligence.

• Bank Accounts Administration

Maintain database and conduct periodic review of banking mandates and access rights to online banking platforms in accordance with corporate guidelines.

• Stakeholder Collaboration

Work with internal stakeholders to resolve issues relating to funding, treasury operations, and accounting matters.

• Financing Transactions

Support financing transactions and execution of loan documentation from inception to post-closing, if any.

• Remittance

Work with remittance vendors to remit payments to Malaysia, China, Thailand, and Vietnam.

• 2-4 years of experience in treasury or a related financial role.
