About The Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, driven and accomplished new business sales professional to join our growing Singapore team, focused on selling to the Financial Services market. • Experience selling a SaaS Technology or platform to Hedge Funds, Asset Management firms and Investment Banks across APAC

What You'll Do

• Take responsibility for the end-end sales processes in your territory, targeting hedge funds, asset managers, investment bankers and sell side research departments.
• This is a new client acquisition sales role, requiring you to research opportunities, initiate discussions, build prospect relationships, conduct demos, manage product trials and close sales.
• Forecast accurately and develop necessary pipeline to meet and exceed goals
• Partner closely with our marketing team to expand brand awareness
• Work closely with our Product Specialist team during trials to ensure client engagement
• Gather and pass on information on market and client product needs to sales, product management, content, and product marketing to help us continually enhance our products

POSITION GOALS

The primary objective of this position is to provide high quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders and Customer Relations with the day-to-day operations of the division.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities will include, however not be limited to:

• Be the first point of contact to greet clients and understand, answer and address client needs with a solution-oriented approach.
• Ensure the foyer is visually maintained to reflect a welcoming and professional environment.
• Provide a high level of customer service when hosting international and VIP guests; and provide translation services for international guests as required.
• Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Receive, distribute and manage mail bank and deliveries.
• Maintain office equipment, meeting rooms and staff snacks and refreshments.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience as a C# / .NET / .Net Core Software Developer
• In depth knowledge and experience with core Microsoft .Net / .Net core technologies
• Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise grade software.
• Experience with message broker and middleware
• Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments
• Experience with automated testing Experience with agile development methodologies including Kanban and Scrum
• Experience with multi-threading and concurrency programming
• Experience with debugging, performance profiling and optimization
• Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development techniques and theories
• Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders

Good To Have

• Experience with working on micro services or single monolithic system with multiple modules
• Experience with container environment such as Kubernetes
• Experience with FIX API
• Experience in a FX/CFD financial / digital trading industry
