Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent

• Able to work effectively under stress and independently

• Meticulous, with high accuracy and strong foundation in mathematics and/or accounting

• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel

• IT-savvy, Experience with Quickbooks Online and ZoHo Invoice preferred

• Able to commence immediately or with short notice

• Fresh graduates are welcome

• Responsible for doing general office upkeep and maintenance of facilities.
• Handle purchase of stationery, keep inventory of all fixed assets and equipment and track of monthly office expenses and verification of supplier invoices.
• Support in payroll preparation and general HR administration.
• Attend in worker’s matter such as arranging worker’s dormitory, transportation, work injury cases, etc.

• Handle daily crewing functions and adhere to policies and procedures.
• Create and implement crewing strategies for recruitment and retention, contract and performance management, disciplinary actions, and all trainings, insurance claims and manage crew budgets.

Job Description

1. Monitor Risk Limit for FX and Bond such as VaR and DV01
2. Monitor liquid gap, currency gap and interest rate gap
3. Download market prices from Bloomberg and Reuters, and conduct off market price checking
4. Liaise with Branch's front-office and back-office departments on processing of investment transaction
5. Responsible for investment/market risk transactions' limit set-up in the banking system and limit adjustments
6. Check investment terms and conditions prior to investing to ensure strict compliance and adherence to the terms and conditions
7. Monitor investment portfolio's related risks and other material developments, and to timely propose relevant risk solutions in accordance to credit/market risk management and other risk related requirements
8. Timely complete all risk management reports and other reporting duties
9. Implementing Branch and Head Office's designated risk related policies and instructions

Job Qualification

• Diploma or Degree in Banking & Finance or equivalent
• Sound knowledge of relevant commercial law, industry, political and macroeconomic environments
• Min 1-2 years of experience in investment/market/liquidity/credit risk management or accounting reporting
• Substantial product knowledge in bonds/FX/cross currency, IRS, CDS and other Treasury instruments and investment products
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
