· Minimum 3 years' working experience in accounts

· Hands on experiences in handling full set of accounts with sound groundings in accounting principles

• Coordinate hiring process from jobs posting to arranging interviews on behalf of our clients.
• Manage documentation for new hires and departing employees.
• Process work pass (WP), Employment Pass and S Pass applications, renewals and cancellations and monitor foreign workers quota closely. Knowledge of Ministry of Manpower (MOM) application procedures for the different WP, S Pass and EP is necessary.
• Maintain/ Update employee personal records and ensure compliance.
• Handle staff insurance matters, including comparison of insurance plans, facilitating insurance renewals, liaising with insurers, processing claims, if applicable.
• Handle full payroll cycle administration, including monthly payroll processing/ reporting, commission and OT payments, employee reimbursement, CPF submission and employee income tax matters.
• Responsible for payroll audit exercise and submission of government surveys and government claims.
• Monitor HR policies, particularly compensation and benefits policies to ensure competitiveness and compliance to legal requirements.
• Proactively work with the clients on various HR matters, including onboarding and offboarding of employees, compensation and benefits, employee performance, staff planning and deployment etc.

Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity in the F&B Industry, prior knowledge of HReasily payroll software is an added advantage.

3. Good knowledge of Employment Act and other labour legislation.

4. Good knowledge of MOM Work Pass application portals.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

6. Resourceful, able to work independently with good interpersonal skills.

7. Attention to details and able to manage deadlines well.

8. Able to start immediately will be added advantage.

9. Flexibility to work from home 2 to 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Handle full credit management cycle including the invoicing, communication with customers & internal teams like sales and operations, collection processes, and daily updating of actual cash proceeds
• Forecast the cash collection, and to drive collection performance with other teams, and to forecast the weekly and monthly forecasted collections
• Verification of final invoices with supporting documents
• Manage 3rd party credit limit on existing non-intercompany credit customers with support of 3rd party credit report
• Work with sales team to set up new customer account with credit analysis and proposed credit limit
• Handle the month-end & quarter-end financial closing, reporting & reconciliation process related to Accounts Receivable & Debtors’ ageing
• To manage the trade payment tools like Bank Guarantee & Letter of Credit, and to work with bank and customers for successful execution
• To handle small full set of accounts for small entities

Requirements

• Possess at least a CAT, Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• With at least 3 years of credit & AR management and trade tools like Bank Guarantee and Letter of Credit
• Experience in doing simple full set of accounts
• Experience with ERP systems
