•Support HR functions including Payroll, Timesheet, Leave Compensations and Benefits for Projects Site Staff

•Prepare tender documents and submissions

•To undertake special assignments, ad-hoc function and other related duties when required

•Perform secretarial duties for projects including preparing letters, authorities’ submissions, tender documents and fee proposals etc

Requirements:

•Min GCE. O Level or Diploma

•At least 2 years working experience

•Proficient in Microsoft office

Salary: Up to $4000

• ⁠Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic; including and not limited to team supervision in their execution of daily activities, managing rosters, resource planning, slots management and downtime process.
• ⁠Support implementation of policies and procedures to improve clinic operations
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure patient confidentiality
• ⁠Manage inventory and ordering of medical supplies and equipment
• Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of clinic facilities
• Handle patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Oversee the clinic’s finance and administration matters including ensuring files and information are organized and petty cash, billings and cash are accounted for and updated to the relevant department.
• Perform frontline services, clinical support and any operational duties during peak hours or when there is a shortage of manpower.
• •Perform any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.

Job Requirements

• Min 2 years experience in clinic setting
