Job Requirements

• Understanding of Cloud services (e.g. AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean)

Audits

Cashflow

• Oversee overall cashflow management, rolling cashflow projections
• Monitor and update outstanding payments, collections and recoveries
• Support treasury management and weekly cashflow reporting

Asset & Inventory

• Manage asset register
• Monitor and manage inventory aging
• Liaise with banks, auditor, tax agents, lawyers and relevant parties
• Supervise and managing accounts assistants
• Support new processes and system implementation

Requirements:

• Tertiary education in Accounting
• Working knowledge of AUTOCOUNT will be an added advantage

We are currently looking for Construction Project Executive who will plan and management site implementation. Regular interface with operations and factory is required to ensure site requirements are fulfilled. This will be a supervisory role to manage Site Supervisor(s) as well as Sub Contractors on site.

This role will report to Project Manager.

• Report to Chief Finance Officer
• In-charge of full set of accounts (including Balance sheet schedule)
• Review weekly AP & AR Aging analysis report, and check un-invoiced status
• Preparation and analysis of monthly financial statement
