Job description:

As a member of the filter design team, the successful candidate will play a key design role as a product owner of resonator/filter in development and commercialization of acoustic filters with both BAW and SAW technologies from beginning, concept meeting to end, mass production including characterization.

Experience with either SAW or BAW filter design -layout, simulation, fabrication, and characterization- is required for senior position and principal position is available for candidates with proven track record in ramping up commercialization of acoustics filters in mass production environment.

Responsibilities:

- Co-work with international team across China, Singapore, South Korea, and Europe on a cross-disciplinary team basis

- Use commercial circuit analysis and physical modelling tools as well as custom software packages to design and analyse acoustic filters

- Assist RF measurement analysis by generating test plans and analysing results

- Produce RF engineering reports to support team members

- Communicate with R&D team for co-design and device improvement

Qualifications/Desired skills:

- Track record in design and mass-production of SAW/BAW filters for mobile applications is highly desirable

- Strong skills and working knowledge of design simulation tools, e.g. ADS, AWR, HFSS, COMSOL, etc

- Understanding of RF test parameters and test equipment

- Understanding of filter application and mobile communication system and architecture

- Experience with drawing programs, schematic capture and PCB layout tools

- Experience in RFIC design, RF module and front-end system design is preferred

- Knowledge of MEMS fabrication

Specific Expectations

New Product/Packaging Development

• Conduct ongoing F&B Trend and competitive analysis to identify new trends for product innovation
• Working with cross functional meeting for creating new product concept & recipes including tweaking the taste profiles of the food products based on market trends and food taste test results
• Project leader for leading the new product development for LTO and permanent menu to support annual Marketing calendar to achieve the set revenue and cost target
• Meeting suppliers for new products development
• Conduct Menu mix analysis to identify low performing menu items. Refine and improve existing menu items when needed.
• In collaboration with SCM/QA, drive the product commercialization to ensure on time, on target launch
• Work closely with operation training team on new SOP set up and new products training.

Product Testing & Quality Control

• Conduct product shelf-life test, quality test & equipment test
• Conduct sensory evaluation, consumer survey of new products to internal & external team
• Administrative duties include create & maintain recipes, cost structure, reports preparation and documentation of all recipes and work processes.
• Conduct ongoing audit of new &/or existing products for continuous improvement

Experience and Education

• Min. Diploma in Food Science/ Food Technology or related field
• 2 year’s minimum relevant working experience, including experience in kitchen/ back of house operations, culinary skill is advantage
• In-depth technical knowledge of food ingredients, process, and packaging as well as HACCP programs
• Able to effectively work cross functionally and adept at managing suppliers/vendors

Job Description

• Assist in maintaining of building facilities on timely - servicing, inspection, equipment re-certification etc
• Liaise and co-ordinate with subcontractors for maintenance works
• To conduct daily facilities inspection to ensure all preventive maintenance works are completed and identify any defect if any.
• Determine and analyse the cause of defects, breakdowns and faults & provide suggestions to prevent any future occurrences.
• Populate and ensure monthly reports are accurately maintained.
• Follow all regulations and safety procedures.

Job Requirements
