• Monthly P/L reports with commentaries
• Review balance sheet schedules to resolve outstanding items
• Check IT invoices for validity before preparing for payment
• Business partnering eg, advising departments in financial matters, policies and procedures
• Participate in implementation of budgeting system

2. Group Treasury such as
• Prepare:
o Cash flow projections
o Board paper with cash flow statement
o Monthly journals and schedules
o Cash and Investment Segmentation Report (CISR)
• Ensure sufficient funds for payments and prepare the funds transfer instructions
• Maintain bank accounts, bank signatories and related documentation

Requirements:

- Min Degree in Accountancy / Business / completed ACCA
- Min 5 years relevant experience at Executive level
- Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, Word and SAP skills

Responsibilities

• Preparing quotations, issuing tax invoices, submission of e-invoicing on client’s portal.

Requirements

Reporting to the Manager, you will assist in the planning and overseeing the daily operations and management of staffs under Clinical Information Services, Scanning Unit, Patient Biodata Merge Unit and Statistics & Services Unit. Job Description

• Develop, implement, review and update HR policies.
• Oversee and prepare monthly payroll to ensure compliance with all local legislation.
• Work closely and support the Line in developing annual staff headcount and staff cost budget, generate the necessary information for decision making.
• Track Actual vs Budgeted numbers for headcounts and total manpower costs. Ensure both are managed within budget.
• Ensure sensitive HR activities timeline are fulfilled in a timely manner, ie. Contract renewal, confirmations.
• Administration and monitoring of various MOM matters such as work passes, tax clearance, inquiry and quarterly surveys etc.
• Process individual tax computation and submission
• To support staff enquiries on benefit package, such as insurance, annual leave and allowance etc.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
