ASSOCIATE/SENIOR ASSOCIATE

As an Associate/Senior Associate, you will be responsible for leading a project team in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment and ensuring the successful delivery of projects as well as the financial management of projects. You will lead design development, review & presentation using drawings, physical & virtual models and collaborate with other disciplines to produce fully coordinated project information including BIM models, drawings, schedules and specifications.

Requirements & Attributes:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualifications

• Minimum 10 - 15 Years of experience in design development, team management and client interface

• Ability to self-develop and build colleagues to enhance team potential

• Experience in mixed-use and infrastructure projects will be an advantage

• Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore (BOA) will be an advantage

• Other professional certifications such as GMP or GMFP will be an advantage

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Proficient in BIM (Revit Architecture)

BIM MODELLER/SENIOR BIM MODELLER

Responsibilities:

· Work closely with Architects and team members to implement and monitor work plans;

· Ensure projects are completed in accordance to BIM guidelines and compliance with the relevant government regulatory requirements;

· Manage processes, implementation, best practices and techniques of BIM and related tools;

· Create BIM Design Models and Documentation;

· Coordinate with contractor and subcontractors.

Requirements & Attributes:

· Degree / Diploma in Architecture with minimum 3 years industry experience;

· At least 3-5 Years BIM (REVIT) related project implementation experience;

· At least 2-4 completed Revit projects;

· Excellent knowledge and experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit Architecture with Certification – Autodesk Revit Certified Professional Exam.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and analyse inputs from customer satisfaction survey results
• Identify improvement opportunities through process re-design, automation development or system improvements.
