Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare necessary paperwork for projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of the contract documents (drawings and specifications), phasing plans, construction sequencing, and project schedule

Description

• Welcome and greet guest
• Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices
• Manage booking of club facilities
• Assist in reservations, check in and check out of room guests
• Logs all wake-up call requests and performs wake-up calls services
• Coordinates room reservation request, status and updates with the Housekeeping department
• Handles member’s queries on their account and collects payments as when required
• Balances all-cash/credit for rooms and miscellaneous at the close of shift
• Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary
• Handle complaints
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the management

• Proficient in verbal and written English
• Stay updated about the club events, promotion, room rates, package plan, and discounts available
• Positive work attitude, teamplayer, good interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
