· Assist with post fixture activities as required (Cargo documentation (BL’s / LOI’s, Cargo quantity issues, Additional Insurance requirements (AWRP / KnR) (Under guidance from Marine Supt as required)

· Bunker ROB / Requirements of the vessel. Including notification to charterers (if required) and Intake quantity + segregation onboard. (Under guidance from Tech Supt and advise from Master as required)

· Agency appointment (as required) on owners’ behalf.

· To monitor the speed & consumption of all vessels to comply with respective Charter party requirements.

· Collect Customer Feedback.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma holder in related field/discipline

· Self-motivated individual with a minimum 3 years experience in marine industries is a MUST

· Possess initiative and able to multi-task

· Tech Savvy, adaptable to working with ERP
