Key Responsibilities

• Perform payroll calculations, tax filings, and ensure compliance with all related legislation.
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including posting job ads, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing selection processes.
• Coordinate and execute comprehensive onboarding and offboarding procedures for staff transitions.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals, and related matters for foreign employees.
• Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries, aiding in policy interpretation and other HR matters.
• Accurately maintain and update employee manpower records within our systems.
• Handle claims related to employee insurance matters.
• Keep meticulous records of staff attendance and leave.
• Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out end-to-end recruitment, on-boarding, employee exit management, performance management, implementation of HR policies and procedures, staff development and employee relations
• HR administration such as data entry, filing, prepare employment contracts, letters and other documentation
• Process monthly payroll
• Assist in staff housing arrangement
• Conduct staff orientation and educate employees regarding HR matters
• Deliver timely and accurate data and reports
• Support in company’s events and employees’ welfare activities to promote positive working environment
• Participate in HR projects and provide any other HR support as and when assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma / Degree in Business / HR related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR Generalist (Payroll, Recruitment, Onboarding, Offboarding, HR management)
• Life experience to handle employee relations
• Strong personal presence and credibility, complemented by excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively under time pressure and when faced with competing priorities.

• Manage and maintain day-to-day operations of residential property
• Ensure effective and efficient management of the common areas through routine checks
• Assist the team to support daily operations
• Conduct on-site checks and management of development works by appointed contractors to ensure works are carried out to specifications and completed on schedule
• Engage service providers through a proper approval system; manage contracts and performance of service providers
• Follow up with service providers on submission of monthly maintenance schedule, quotations, claims and invoicing

• Obtain quotations for repair and maintenance services
• Attend to residents’ feedback professionally to ensure timely and prompt responses
• Prepare and submit an annual budget and recommend rates of Maintenance Fund / Sinking Fund contributions
• Ensure compliance with BMSMA, relevant laws, government rules and regulations and the company’s policies
• Process and assist in putting up paper for extraordinary works when necessary

Job Requirements

• Min NITEC/ Diploma in Facilities Management
• Able to commence work within short notice
• Experience in related field will be highly advantageous

· Monitor bonded (duty unpaid) cargoes, tally inventory with Singapore custom record, products inventory and make sure the accuracy between physical stocks and system quantity.

· Assist in any other duties as required

Requirements:

· Diploma in Logistic Management / Supply Chain / Business Management.

· Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a warehouse / logistics environment

· Experience in warehouse operation and supervising warehouse staff

· Experience in 3PL is an advantage

· Good team player, can do attitude and willingness to learn

· Proficient in computer skills ie. MS Office, Excel, SAP and WMS

· Possess good communication skills with both internal and external customers.

· Forklift license added advantage
