Job description:

• Source, negotiate and sign merchants with mid to large-sized retailers in your categories.
• Develop non-merchant partnerships for ad sales on our platform (eg. Insurance, Banks)

The Company

With global presence in strategic locations and extensive network in the market, this is a dominant player within the maritime industry. Due to business expansion, there is a newly created Treasury Executive, Debt Management role to be based in the Singapore office.

The Role

Reporting to the Assistant Treasurer and working in a team, you will be administering loan and swap book, liaising with banks/agents for rate fixing, arranging for timely debt servicing, arranging for loan disbursements etc. Verifying all payments and disbursements (including bank charges, interest/swap/fee calculation) in relation to the loan and swap book. Preparation of treasury management reports/forecasts to internal departments on all debt related activities. To assist in fund raising activities, preparation of bank presentations, as well as information requested by existing/potential banks. Other key responsibilities include maintaining/developing existing/new banking relationships, optimizing funding structure, updating and maintenance of databases for debt and treasury related activities. Lastly to provide ad hoc support for other treasury related activities as required and directed.

Your Profile

To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy/Finance with ideally 4 years of relevant debt management experience handling significant loan book in a MNC or in a bank engaged in credit administration or corporate lending activities. We are looking out for a meticulous and self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills. It is essential to have good Excel skills and it will be advantageous to have prior working knowledge of Kyriba treasury management system.
