Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

• Develop a deep understanding of products and services offered by the company, and be able to effectively communicate our product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
• Proactively seek new sales opportunities in automotive workshop.
• Negotiate and close deals, as well as gather feedback from customers or prospects.
• Prepare sales reports with projected sales and customer feedback.

Requirements:

• At least 1 years of sales experience.
• Lubricants sales experience is not required, but is preferred. On-the-job training will be provided.
• Good understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
• Fast learner with a passion for sales.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a hunter mentality.
• Able to meet sales goals and plan sales strategies independently.

Reporting to the Academic Affairs Lead, this incumbent will support various members of the Student Life, Alumni, Outreach and Communication (SLAOC) team.

Key Responsibilities

Event Management

• Manage logistics for the School.

Student and Alumni liaison

• Draft email correspondences to alumni on alumni activities and events to communicate with students and alumni on the activities and events
• Management of both Outreach and Alumni databases
• Communicate Work-Study Scheme processes to students

Vendor management

• Propose and source for vendor, event locations for suitable items as corporate gifts, marketing collaterals or sponsorship items for the Alumni Events, Student Club and external parties etc
• Communicate with vendors for scheduling appointments/enquiries, procurement and deliveries of items

Stock management

• Maintain the database of all physical corporate giveaways for SLOC, ER & Alumni

EDM & General Marketing

• Perform general marketing activities including putting up electronic direct mail (EDM) using design software

General Administrative Duties

• General administrative support, notwithstanding the arrangement of appointments, preparation of letters, scheduling of courses, processing of payments, in relation to Alumni and SL related programs

Requirements

1. Degree holders with 2-3 years relevant admin, with some digital marketing and/or events experience preferred. Diploma holders with relevant experience will be considered. Salary and appointment grade will commensurate based on qualifications and work experience.
2. Familiarity with Sitefinity CMS, WordPress preferred.
3. General working knowledge: Mailchimp, Brevo, Adobe Suite, Canva etc preferred.

Job Purppose

. Provide technical assistance and advice to both the sales personnel and customers and maintaining a high standard of service to the Company’s clients through quality service and professionalism in attending to customers’ needs.

. In charge of planning and coordinating project/service initiatives to make sure they can complete within the budget and according to schedule and accepted by customers.

Planning and Scheduling

. Assist in co-ordinating, scheduling, planning and supervising of purchases, production and site management.

. Review the scheduling, purchasing, installation, commissioning, operation of equipment / machinery to ensure that all objectives of safety, completion time and profitability are met.

Technical Drawings

. Study and make recommendations on technical drawings prepared by consultants.

Market Information

. Report on the performance of sales products and feedback from customers so as to assist in maintaining customer acceptance.

. Attentive to new products and other general information of interest to the Company and customers.

Customer Service

. Handle all customer queries and respond with appropriate actions expeditiously to secure sales and maintain customer satisfaction.

. Liaise with all relevant Departments closely on matters pertaining to delivery and receipt of goods and commissioning of equipment.

. Follow up with after-sales service to customers.

. Maintain contacts with customers with regard to their present and future requirements.

E-Commerce Sales Support

Reports to:

Introduction:

We are looking for a dynamic individual to support and drive our company’s e-commerce business for multi-brands across different marketplace platforms and online buyers.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall e-commerce sales on Shopee, Lazada, Amazon and Shopify.
• Responsible for daily e-commerce operations, including uploading and monitoring product information on the platforms.
• Ensure timely execution of order process management.
• Update stock count, monitor shipment & delivery of orders, assure on-time deliveries and update systems accordingly.
• Provide customer service to support the sales growth.
• Attend queries, resolve any concerns on their orders with minimum TAT, maintain accurate and timely records of correspondences or discussions with customers.
• Prepare monthly summary sales reports.
• Plan and execute e-commerce promotion campaigns.
• Work with in-house designers to prepare promotion banners, category banners and campaign artwork.

Requirements:

• Energetic, collaborative and results-oriented person with 1-2 years of sales experience in FMCG. Experience in handling e-commerce platforms is a bonus.
• Possess at least a Diploma in any field.
• Self-starter who is technologically savvy, organised and able to operate well in a team under pressure.
• Possess good analytical skills to evaluate sales reports to build competitive sales strategy and promotions for each platform.

A Building & Facility Executive oversees all aspects of building facility functions and guarantees the safety, maintenance, and functionality of all facilities under the Company. Duties include running routine safety inspections, corresponding with contractors, planning maintenance work, maintaining records, and supervising the facility staff.

Job duties & responsibilities:

· Plan, organize, coordinate, and oversee operational processes of all Company facility areas assigned, including maintenance, safety and cleanliness

· Work within budgetary and compliance parameters to ensure upkeep of building facilities

- Ensure legal compliance where needed

· Work closely and liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to implement cost-effective, simpler, and faster ways of carrying out facility upkeep, development and maintenance

Implement green procurement plan

• Deploy organisation's procurement activities based on established product specifications and customer needs in accordance to company’s ESG guidelines and policies.
• Leverage data analytics and software integration to complete routine and transactional procurement tasks with limited human intervention, strengthen supply chain resilience and prevent cybersecurity breaches.
• Gather data on potential suppliers on digital dashboards to analyse suppliers’ behaviours and capabilities that fulfil procurement requirements.

Manage suppliers selection process

• Continuous review and leverage on the e-procurement systems to streamline the suppliers. selection process, improve compliance and strengthen risk management in accordance with company’s ESG guidelines and policies.
• Adopt selection processes and evaluation criteria with suppliers to ensure fair competition as part of company’s ESG guidelines and policies.
• Support negotiation efforts with information on agreed contract terms and conditions with selected suppliers based on company’s ESG guidelines and policies.

Manage green procurement activities

• Use automated inventory control systems to analyse inventory levels in real-time and predict customers’ demand and spending patterns based on future business requirements.
• Perform inventory planning, tracking and scheduling of stock movements and replenishment of inventory levels to ensure optimal inventory holdings.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance departments to facilitate payment and collection processes.
• Support emergency procurement to meet urgent requirements such as Haze, Pandemic, HASR etc.

Manage customer relationships

• Address customer dissatisfaction of products, service standards while working with relevant parties to resolve issues.
• Communicate with customers on organisation’s sustainable procurement policies.

Contribute to continuous improvement and technology advancement

• Facilitate the adoption of technologies, electronic tools and system upgrades to support productivity and innovation.
• Assist in the review of work processes and procedures using data analytics to provide data-driven insights for the planning of continuous work improvement activities.

Job Requirements

Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience
