As Senior Executive at the Office of Associate Chair (Students) of the School of Civil & Environmental Engineering (CEE) focuses on student care and wellbeing. The key purposes are to enhance the wellbeing, development experience of CEE students. 

The key responsibilities encompass the following:

• Coordinate with stakeholders to align care and support for CEE undergraduate students.

• Periodic monitoring and meeting with students who face wellbeing problems, as well as working with other NTU stakeholders. 

• Take charge of administrative matters that support the student leadership and mentorship for undergraduate students.

• Liaise with administrators to advise students who face academic challenges on their fulfilment of credit requirements.

• Maintain and update database of student care records.

Requirements

• Minimally a bachelor’s degree from a recognised University (degree in related field and/or work experience in the tertiary education sector will be preferred).

• A strong commitment and passion towards student wellbeing and support.

• Preferably knowledge and/or experience in counselling or interaction with young adults.

• Excellent team player with good interpersonal skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Brand Visual Identity:

• Develop and maintain a consistent and compelling visual identity for the brand.

Marketing Collaterals:

• Conceptualize, design, and execute marketing materials, including brochures, banners, packaging, and promotional materials.
• Designing and creating prints and patterns according to brand identity.

Digital Design:

• Create engaging digital content for various platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertising.

Visual Merchandising:

Creative Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.

Brand Standards and Guidelines:

• Maintain and enforce brand standards, ensuring consistency across all design assets, including adaptations for overseas markets.
• Contribute to the evolution of visual brand guidelines as the brand grows and evolves.

Trend Research:

• Monitor, research, and create moodboard concepts on current design trends and industry best practices.
• Integrate relevant trends into design concepts while ensuring the brand maintains its uniqueness.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
• Provide support for larger branding campaigns and business operations when required.
• Collaborate with external vendors and agencies when necessary.

A Human Resources Executive with Conrad Hotels & Resorts is responsible for managing HR administration responsibilities and assist in recruitment activities to deliver an excellent staff experience while supporting employee relations and departmental goals.

What will I be doing?

As the Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• To assist in conducting interviews for Trainees and Rank & File candidates
