About the role

Technical transfer

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assist day-to-day operation to ensure it runs smoothly and support the team when needed
• Ensure all indents and requirements of clients are coordinated and maintained accurately with the team.
• Liaise, coordinate, and disseminate info internally within various departments
• Customer fronting which includes service recovery and managing feedback. Maintain and establishing good relationship with customers

• Assist in raw material ordering, GR, and request for quotations.
• Prepare monthly billing to client and upload into system.
• Take lead and propose on service recovery, ensure to service gap to minimize impact.

• Analysis of P&L with Kitchen Team in numbers reporting.
• Support Reporting Officer putting P&L and other reports together for weekly management meeting (also required to present from time to time)

• Be on-site if required by the client, to ensure operations is managed promptly.

Job Descriptions:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.

The Senior Accounts Assistant manages daily accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Payable & Receivable:Manage invoice processing and ensure timely vendor payments.
   Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
   
2. General Ledger Maintenance:Maintain accurate general ledger accounts.
   Prepare and post journal entries in compliance with standards.
   
3. Financial Reporting:Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

4. Bank Reconciliation & Cash Flow Management:Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (part-qualified ACCA/CPA preferred).
• 10+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong communication skills.

1) Responsible for assigning correct fleet resources (tow trucks) to real-time and pre-scheduled job

2) Overall in charge of all Fleet (Tow Drivers and Lorry Drivers)
