Roles & Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a generalist role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• At least 3 years of HR supervisory experience.
• Experience with Info-tech payroll system will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of Singapore's labour laws and regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The role will be part of the Family Support Services-Families for Life team that delivers evidence-based parenting and marriage programmes. The role will work with trainers, school and community partners, in planning and promoting these programmes to support parents, newlyweds and married couples.
