RESPONSIBILITIES

The Communities of Care focus on developing a place-based model of care and building partnerships in local neighbourhoods for the betterment of the seniors. Scope of work could include coordinating social heath services and connecting seniors to relevant service providers to enable them to better manage their health or illnesses. · Prepare key project documentation in executing the complete instrumentation engineering scope of work as per the project requirements in meeting customer’s expectations

· Prepare instrumentation system concepts, schedule of deliverables and plan activities in line with overall project schedule, delegate the tasks to instrumentation team member assigned to the project and monitor the progress.
