Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly competent and passionate Executive Assistant to support our school operations and provide support to our centre leaders and key appointment holders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

Requirement:

* Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an executive assistant or in a related role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sell, register and assign rooms to incoming guests, ensuring that registration cards are properly filled up. Check out departing guests based on the established procedures
• Inform other Departments and Outlets of arrivals, room changes checkouts and special arrangement
• Handle all guest enquiries referred to them either over the telephone or personally
• To action on requests or requirements of incoming guests to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operation

Who We Need

The responsibilities are as stated below:

• Assist the project manager in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans.

Description:
