• Strong aptitude and positive attitude with proactive initiatives, speed and agility to drive business growth aggressively in response to opportunities and change.
• Willing to work in Joo Koon area (3 bus stops away)

Responsibilities:

• Provide full calendar management support to the stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of accounts of various Singapore entities under the Group
• Handle payments and prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• Assist in month-end closing procedures and in the preparation of monthly and audited consolidated financial statements
• Liaise with external auditor, external company secretary and external tax adviser
• Support day-to-day finance operations, documents filing and assist in other ad hoc, general and administrative works

Requirements

• Possess a Diploma / Degree in Accountancy, ISCA, ACCA, or other equivalent professional qualifications
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous and organized individual with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Positive work attitudes and strong initiatives and willingness to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of QuickBooks will be an advantage
