The HR Executive contributes to maintaining a positive work environment and supports the HR Manager in achieving the organization's HR objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
• Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation programs, paperwork, and compliance with HR policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems, ensuring data confidentiality and integrity.
• Assist in employee relations matters, including addressing employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary actions under the guidance of the HR Manager.
• Support performance management processes, such as assisting with performance appraisals and coordinating feedback sessions.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company-wide events or activities.
• Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination, leave management, and employee benefits enrollment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant HR certifications or coursework are a plus.
• Prior experience in HR roles or internships is desirable.
• Familiarity with HR practices and regulations is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling employee records and HR-related documentation.

SCOPE and DUTIES

Key Responsibilities (E-Commerce):

• Ensuring improvements in user experience with optimised navigation and content.
• Analyse sales performance vs targets, identify bestsellers, monitor onsite traffic and site speed to optimise traffic engagement, provide recommendations to improve sales, and webstore user experience.
• Proactively acquiring knowledge regarding company general information, fashion news, new product information, customer feedback and staff communication.

Key Responsibilities (Marketing):

• Plan key launches and sales: executing engaging and performance-driven campaigns across all marketing channels and communications platform.
• Monthly campaign review and assist in suggesting new ways to improve audience engagement and impressions.
• Emailers: Understanding subscriber behaviour and developing content ideas or formats relatable to them to encourage open rate and click through rate.
• Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok): Understanding followers’ behaviour and contributing to conceptualise content/ thematic ideas and formats.

Provide Assistance to E-Commerce and Customer Service:

• Assist our E-Commerce and Customer Service colleague when there are customers during studio appointments: Taking, packing and steaming stocks.

Overview: -

• Monthly Basic Salary: Up to $3200 (Depending On Experience)
• Woodlands (Beverage industry)
• 5 Days (Monday to Friday), Office Hours

Your Responsibilities: -

• Implementation and updating of the plant’s Food Safety (ISO 22000), Quality (ISO 9001), HACCP, Organic, and Halal Management Systems certified by 3rd party certification bodies.
• Supporting operations (quality control/ troubleshooting) and ensure products released meet all necessary requirements
• Liaise with government agencies / certification bodies on new product registration and certification information
• Ensure compliance to CCP, OPRP and Quality Control Points
• Monitoring and maintenance of correction and corrective action rectification from suppliers, in house inspections and daily routine checks.
• Conduct periodical food safety and hygiene inspections and training where evidence of compliance is lacking

You will need: -

• Minimum 2 years of QA/QC experience and product development in F&B manufacturing
• Minimum req; Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science or equivalent
