The role:

Roles and Responsibility (Student Care Teacher) :

• Execute PlayFACTO character development programs and engaging activities to students
• Supervision primary school children (primary 1 to 6) to ensure completion of daily homework
• Ensure safety and timely transfer of children from school to student centre
• Provide emotional support, conflict resolution, and positive reinforcement
• Regular liaison with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress and behaviour
• Administrative work (sales, collection of fees, and collection of forms) and upkeep of centre premises
• Any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by Centre Head

Requirements (Student Care Teacher) :

• Minimum requirement of a Diploma, preferably in an education or psychology-related field
• Prior working experience in a relevant role, preferably at the primary level
• Demonstrates exceptional work ethics and maintains high integrity
• Displays a positive attitude when encountering challenges
• Deep passion for working with children and fostering their love for the learning process

Job Description

• Coordinating and resolve shipment issues
• To communicate efficiently with customers, shipping lines, transport team, trucking partners and overseas offices in order to ensure smooth pickup/ delivery of the shipments
• Ensure customer requirements are meet, customers are up-to-date on their orders and documentation is accurate and precise.
• To ensure related charges are billed and collected timely from the consignee or its agent
• Ensure all transactions are handled in an accurate, complete and timely manner
• To effectively follow up with airlines/oversea offices on any short-landed, damaged or discrepancy cargo
• Answering to customer's inquiries and handling customer's complaints.
• Preparing of payment vouchers, verifications of vendor costings, closing of all shipment files and filling of documents.
• Any other task assigned by the superior

Job Requirement

• Knowledge in freight forwarding, import & export procedure and permit declaration.
• Experience in Zero-GST Warehouse.
• Possess good analytical skills and team player.
• Have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a warehouse environment.
