AR:
1. Handle full functions of AR in Finance Department
2. Timely and accurate processing of invoices to customer
3. Carry out follow up actions to ensure receivables aging is clean and up to date
4. Create new debtor code
5. Process staff claims, submit quarterly GST, banker's guarantee application
6. Month end closing activity - AR aging report, bank reconciliation, balance sheet schedules and journal adjustments
7. Processing credit application form, managing credit risk
AP:
1. Handle full functions of AP in Finance Department
2. Timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices to match with supporting documents
3. Planning of cash out-flow and processing of payments
4. Ensure all payments made are in accordance to Company's policies, procedures and guidelines
5. Carry out follow up actions to ensure creditors aging is clean and up to date
6. Create new creditor code
7. Month end closing activity - AP aging report, bank reconciliation, balance sheet schedules and journal adjustments
8. Assist in the general Finance administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by Immediate Supervisor
