Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all warehouse logistics
• Supervise and direct warehouse staff; put worker safety as a top priority
• Track and account for all incoming and outgoing materials, items and stocks must be on FIFO method
• Proper procedure and manage materials issue out to production
• Co-ordinate with courier/forwarder for pick-up
• Confirm proper and timely delivery of outgoing shipments
• Perform monthly inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy
• Plan and manage stock level to support production needs
• Ordering of supplies and materials as needed
• Supervise all forklift operations and mechanical processes
• Maintain warehouse and machinery in good condition, ensuring equipment is serviced when needed
• Maintain shipping documentation, manifests, and receipts; enter relevant data in reports as needed
• Ensure accurate order details with shipping document before releasing shipment
• Assist in the hiring and training process of new warehouse staff
• Ensure proper transport, packaging, and placement of products
• Improve warehouse work processes through strategic planning in order to create a more efficient fulfilment system
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Nitec/Diploma or relevant qualification with minimum 2 years relevant working experience
• Possess forklift license is an advantage
