Key Requirements

• You should be UK or SG law qualified or qualified in another common law jurisdiction.
• You should be at least 3 years' PQE with experience in a top tier private practice at either an international law firm or a Singapore law firm.

Job Duties:

• Hands-on accounting for staff related costs (e.g. salary, bonus, share awards, employee claims)
• Responsible for Fixed Asset and Lease
• Deliver timely regulatory returns and quarterly GST filing in compliance with local regulations
• Handle bank reconciliation, monthly schedules, cash flow projection, monitoring of bank balances within internal limits, execute excess liquid cash placements
• Review accounts payable entries and payments made to vendors, ensuring payments are duly supported and properly authorized
• Support the audit process on statutory audit matters
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications (ACCA)
• Minimum 3-5 years full set of accounts experience
