• Establish systems and processes to facilitate self-directed learning opportunities for employees.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing training initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in corporate education and professional development.
• Support HQ recruitment projects and process

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Minimal Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimal 10 years of relevant HR - Talent Development specialization experience in international company or regional role
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Ability to speak and write in Korean Fluently will be an added advantage
