We’re looking for an Account Manager, Enterprise to help us retain and expand our relationships with existing customers of our Market Intelligence solution. This role will report to the Director, Account Management.

Our Market Intelligence solution is used by thousands of companies, like Google and Walmart, to give them a competitive advantage in driving online traffic. As an account manager, you will own the relationship with these customers, and work with key decision-makers to make sure they are getting the most value out of our platform and data. In addition to increasing your accounts’ user engagement and facilitating product adoption, you will be responsible for identifying and leading up-sell opportunities to drive new business growth.

• Managing and developing long-term partnerships with some of the world’s biggest brands
• Working closely with a customer to increase product adoption and engagement
• Identifying opportunities for upsells, and increasing the lifetime value of our customers and closing business with them
• Making sure that our customers are getting the most value possible from the product, and reaching their business goals and KPIs

This is the perfect job for someone who:

1. Minimum 3 years experience in account management in customer-facing roles
2. Demonstrated success running consultative sales processes in complex Enterprise organisations
3. Strong understanding of the digital marketing space and trends
4. Able to identify value drivers in recurring revenue business models
5. Strong presentation skills; feels confident presenting in front of senior management of prospective organisations

This person shall be responsible for providing corporate secretarial support (with the assistance of subordinate staff) to a portfolio of companies within the City Developments Limited to ensure compliance with the applicable legislative/regulatory/listing requirements and maintenance of standards of corporate governance based on adopted best practices, such that the departmental objective of delivering corporate secretarial services with professionalism and efficiency is met.

Responsibilities:

1. Compliance

Ensure compliance by companies within the portfolio with applicable statutory/regulatory/ listing requirements, constitution and approved board/corporate governance policies.

2. Board Advisory

Provide corporate secretarial support and advisory services to companies within the portfolio, especially to the chairmen of the boards and board committees to enable a smooth functioning of board processes.

3. Corporate Secretarial Support

Instruct team member/subordinate staff in the provision of services for routine and non-routine corporate secretarial matters, or in the absence of subordinate staff, handle directly the routine and non-routine corporate secretarial matters.

4. Corporate Secretarial Administration

Instruct team members/subordinate staff in the handling of corporate secretarial administrative matters, including the maintenance of up-to-date corporate registers and corporate database relating to the companies within the portfolio, and the collation and management of information (whether for precedent or research purposes) under assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Holder of CSIS (Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore) qualification or currently pursuing the qualification and expecting to complete in 2025
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate secretarial work and preferably with experience in an in-house environment
• Have an understanding of board and management dynamics
• Ability to manage deadlines effectively
• Ability to work effectively both as a leader and a member of a team
• Good attention to details
• Good written (especially minutes writing) and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills

Recommendation is one of the key product offerings for the AML team, which has fierce competitions around the world. We are now creating packaged solutions to share these advanced techniques with our business partners.

- Build an end-to-end recommendation platform for enterprise clients, including data import, feature engineering, model training and inference, and online recommendation engine functionalities;
