Business Development Manager are playing a vital role by creating an atmosphere that establishes, nourishes

Tasks:

• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and

• Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed and that it functions as

advertised and monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality

• Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales and assign employees to specific duties

and keep records of purchases, sales, and requisitions.

• Perform work activities of subordinates, such as cleaning and organizing shelves and displays and selling

or item and enforce safety, health, and security rules.

• Estimate consumer demand and determine the types and amounts of goods to be sold and confer with

company officials to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote

business.

• Formulate pricing policies for merchandise, according to profitability requirements and hire, train, and

evaluate personnel in sales or marketing establishments, promoting or firing workers when appropriate.

• Plan and coordinate advertising campaigns and sales promotions and prepare merchandise displays and

advertising copy and establish credit policies and operating procedures and plan budgets and authorize

payments and merchandise returns.

We are new on home and commercial storefront decoration and furniture supply.

As business development needs, we are looking for to hire 2 sales and markting managers, he/she with related experience will be given priority. The company has regular customers, and your job is to follow up on the customer's work progress. At the same time, she/he needs to find more business on the same area.

You need to work 5 days a week normally, and 5.5 day a week occasionally, sometime may need to wort at night for setup jobs.

The starting basic salary is $3000 for apprentices and $3500 for experienced ones. There is a probation period of 3 months. After passing the probation period, the salary will be increased by 300 upon signing the contract.

The sales performance is $20,000 per month. After reaching 20,000, there will be a 5% commission (excluding the 20,000).

You will have 12 days of annual leave.

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management/Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years' experience in related fields
• Excellent technical knowledge and experience across the full range of Cost Management duties including: Cost Estimates, Bills of Quantities, Value Engineering, Tendering and Evaluation, Contract Knowledge, Change Orders and Final Account close-out
• Candidates with experience in industrial, data centers, commercial, infrastructure, hospitality & leisure, retail fit out experience are preferred.

IT Project Management Strategy and Planning

· Engages with senior management, coordinating with Head of Product Lines and Heads of Yards to identify opportunities for business improvements as well as to contribute to the organizational business and budget planning.

· Develops project management methodology and best practices, overseeing the adaptation and implementation to establish IT project management framework to support overall SCM objectives

· Manages the development of project management policies and procedures in the organization, ensuring clear and consistent approach is in place, where project risks are managed to the acceptable level

· Manages the administration of project submissions and approvals through the agreed prioritization and approval process, maintaining the pipeline for the approved projects

· Collates qualitative and quantitative information on IT project performance in the preparation and generation of project milestone reports for internal management purposes

• Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation
• Responsible for the sales of your category of products
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

Job Summary - Head of Buying

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Head of Buying is responsible for buying activities relating to Little Farms retail stores and, in some cases, F&B units. The Head of Buying will manage the buying team to ensure effective flow of stock, accurate pricing & promotions, and timely sell through to ensure we achieve our commercial goals. The Head of Buying will be the focal point of all communication relating to buying.

Job Scope – The Head of Buying is responsible for :

Buying

• Managing the buying team to ensure divisional and total retail targets are hit on the below metrics:

- Scan margin

- Promotion markdown

- Discount markdown

- Warehouse availability

- Warehouse stock days on hand

• Working closely with the buyers and operations leads to ensure timely and accurate raising of POS.
• Working closely with Head of Logistics to ensure clear communication of weekly buy plan to relevant freight / warehouse stakeholders.
• Detailed and regular analysis of stock on hand in warehouse and stores to minimise markdown.
• Reporting – daily / weekly / monthly performance against the metrics above, and associated follow up. Also promotional efficacy reporting, space range & display reporting.
• Regular review and improvement of buying processes.
  

Price and Promotions

• Agreeing with buyers RSPs for retail SKUs to be in line with overarching pricing strategy whilst also achieving target gross margins. Regular review.
• Promotional planning, both strategic and tactical.
• Linking with marketing to provide detail on both strategic and tactical promotions in a timely fashion.
• Regular competitive price review and reporting on LFL product where applicable, and on core customer basket.

Sourcing

• Assisting the Commercial Director in sourcing high quality, delicious all natural products from around the world.
• Onboarding and contract negotiation with new vendors where appropriate.
• Clear communication of new SKUs and marketing material to relevant parties per product launch SOP.
• Structured review of new product performance against set new product performance metrics.
  

Vendor Management

• The creation and management of vendor performance metrics for top vendors with periodic review.
• Regular reporting against these metrics.
