As the key driver of the outlet, he/she will be responsible for leading a team of full-time and part-time service crew and baristas to meet and/or exceed sales revenue, and to deliver a high level of product and service excellence in accordance with the company’s strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• To do sales and bring in new customers for assigned trade lanes including cross trades.
• To nurture excellent relations with clients and make sure their requirements have been professionally understood and responded to
• To handle the rate requests and RFQs, problem solving for operation issues timely
