Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Project Manager in developing plans and design for HVAC systems that meet the needs of the building and structure
• To oversee the planning, design and implementation of HVAC systems
• Developing and managing budgets for HVAC projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control
• Overseeing all aspects of HVAC projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control
• Managing the work activities and performance of the subcontractors, supervisors and workers, and liaise with clients, relevant authorities and consultants to resolve bottlenecks
• Maintain quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time
• Evaluate and propose alternative solution and system integration for the overall project plan
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved plans, quality standard procedures, safety requirements, and in a timely manner
• Carry out troubleshooting, test, repair and installation works as and when required
• Planning, cost control, work measurement and collection of performance data
• Ensure project technical issues are monitored, resolved and escalated where appropriate

Job Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in ACMV works
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Proficient in Software with strong understanding of drawings
• Fluent in ACMV knowledge and installation – CHWP, VRV, VRF systems
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation and maintenance
• Familiarity with ACMV engineering principles, industry standards and regulations
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and techniques
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues

• Develop the project plan including detailed activities and resource planning
• Review project plan to determine time frame, budget and procedures for accomplishing projects
• Drive project to meet schedules, budget, manpower and technical quality targets
• Work with users, technical staff and management to determine and resolve issues associated with project implementation

Requirement

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.

• Support the HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.

• Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.

• Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters.

• Provide support to the dept on the implementation of Company-wide HSE initiatives eg. ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, etc

• Ensure training, tool box meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company’s offshore training and HSE program, i.e. emergency response systems, etc.

• Manage Safety Statistic reporting within Singapore. Track and provide regular HSE performance reporting to the Dept head.

• Provide HSE aspects of Company Bid Submissions as requested

• Assist in the development of project specific HSE procedures.

• Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees.

• Ensure all worksites are HSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards.

• Support offshore HSE personnels in the development of work site HSE campaigns and good practices.

• Assist in ad-hoc HSE tasks/projects as required.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma, with specialization in QHSE or related discipline.

• Min 4-5 years relevant experience .

• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSHA 18001, ISM, ISPS standards and HSE management systems is highly preferred.

• Strong passion in HSE.

• Good MS Office skills particularly in Excel, Words and Power point.

• Able to work independently and meticulous.
