What is your mission?

You’ll help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Manage daily operation, roster planning of the team, monthly commission, and incentive submission.
• Identify opportunities and challenges of team members in achieving commercial and service targets by working closely with Clients Relations Centre Manager to provide training needs as required.
• Ensure efficient communication and escalation of cases across teams/departments/brands.
• Attend regular meetings to share CRC updates, operational feedback and conduct bi-monthly CRC performance review with stakeholders.
• Responsible for consolidating reports based on pre-determined KPI’s, analysis, highlighting all anomalies and insights, with an executive summary to Client Relations Centre Manager and stakeholders.
• Manage, coach and evaluate team members’ performance (in collaboration with CRC Manager / QA Executive / Trainer) by monitoring quality of calls, e-mails chats, and contacts records to uphold SLA target and client satisfaction.
• Foster team discipline, communication, and morale to strengthen teamwork within the team.
• Assist Clients Relations Centre Manager on other tasks and duties as and when necessary.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Media related, or Marketing will be added advantage.
• Preferably with 2 years of team managing experience in luxury (retail) or hospitality experience is ideal for this position.
• Experience in spearheading client centricity with commercial and sales targets.
• Highly self-motivated, energetic, team player, proactive and sales driven with a positive attitude.

System Maintenance

• Ensure the system administration such as scheduled system and security patching, and software deployment are carried out in accordance to requirements
• Ensure the verification and validation of the system, security and software patches are properly performed at the Integration Validation Verification Qualification (IVVQ) platform and User Acceptance Platform (UAT) before releasing into production
• Ensure the system defects management routines and tasks are carried out in accordance to the requirements and service level agreement
• Be involved in the troubleshooting and isolation of defects, including defects caused by failure of hardware, operating system, system software (e.g. Kubernetes) or any Authority Furnished Equipment (AFE) that is interfaced to the system
• In the cases where the defects cannot be rectified, ensure a workaround for the software or system is timely proposed to mitigate the impact of the defect
• Identify and liaise with the original equipment vendor, or other Authority’s maintenance contractors to remedy the defect in the software of the system
• Maintain records of all defects, including defects proven to be due to the hardware, operating system, open-source software COTS software, or any AFE interfacing with the system

Configuration Management

• Ensure all documents, hardware, software and operating system shall be controlled in accordance with the guidelines in the approved configuration management plan, for example proper hardware and software configuration control over any activities e.g. defect rectification and software upgrading
• Ensure the correct configuration of the system is loaded for testing and any other work performed on it
• Ensure the proper configuration management control is followed during the integration of software release for software verification
• Ensure the documentation of hardware, software and system configuration items are always up-to-date

• Leading Mechanical Design Team for Oil & Gas Projects and guide a team of about 10 Mechanical Design Engineers / Designers to perform the Design of Mechanical Equipment of the project.
• Leading a Team of Mechanical Equipment Engineers & Designers in Preparation & Review of Mechanical Equipment List, Specification, Data Sheet & Technical Bid Evaluation for Rotating equipment’s such as Centrifugal pumps, PD Pumps, Gear pumps, Fire water pumps, Foam Pumps, Compressors, Mixer’s meeting Process Requirement, Client Specifications, Project Requirements, and all applicable Project Documents to enable Vendors to accurately bid for the supply of Equipment.
• Leading a Team of Mechanical Equipment Engineers & Designers in Preparation & Review of Mechanical Equipment List, Specification, Data Sheet & Technical Bid Evaluation for Package equipment’s such as Marine Loading Arm, N2 Generation Package, IA Package, Oil water separator package, Firefighting Equipment’s, Chemical Injection package, Vapor Recovery unit, Flare package, Refrigeration system package meeting Process Requirement, Client Specifications, Project Requirements and all applicable Project Documents to enable Vendors to accurately bid for the supply of Equipment.
• Leading a Team of Mechanical Equipment Engineers & Designers for detail review of Vendor document pre order to prepare the Technical Bid Evaluation and detail review of Vendor documents post order to ensure that the equipment’s are designed and delivered complying to the Project specification and Codes & Standards.
• Leading a Team of Engineers to execute the Basic Engineering Design & Detail Engineering Design of Mechanical equipment’s.
• Review & Checking of Mechanical Documents such as RFQ, Specifications, Mechanical Data Sheet, and Technical Bid Evaluation for Mechanical Equipment to ensure compliance to applicable Codes & Standards and Project Requirements.
