• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior-level engagement, with a focus on driving transformational growth across the Consumer goods, retail or financial services sector
• Deep expertise selling security/risk offerings into the Enterprise market, ranging from incident management, vulnerability management, security operations, risk and keeping abreast of the ever-changing security and cyber-security landscape evolution.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for all finance and accounting functions including cash forecasting, cash management, operational budgeting, accounting, auditing and financial reporting
• Responsible for timely monthly, quarterly, budget, forecast analysis and management report presentation
• Managing statutory financial accounts; P&L review, Balance sheet review and intercompany reconciliation, identifying and following up on areas of concern within the reconciliation.
• Preparing costing and pricing set up
• Work closely with Business Unit Managers/MD to drive performance through: -
• Monthly management P&L reviews and analysis
• Market segmentation and competitor analysis
• Cost management initiatives
• Liaising with external auditors on year-end audits and preparation of statutory reports.

Requirement

• Degree in Accounting, Finance. ACCA/CA/CPA is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience preferably in Food & Beverage, Food Manufacturing, Equipment or commercial environment
• Well versed in FRS, tax regulations, laws and any compliance requirements
• Knowledge of accounting software MYOB is a plus
• Strong analytical skills is a must and able to work independently
