• Work with Planner to ensure visibility of current & future material issues
• Coordinates demand signals through MRP to minimize inventory exposure.
• Outline to Category Manager (CM) Site and Customer requirements for Category Strategies
• Identify any gaps and make recommendations to (CM) in Strategy to support Sites
• Material risk BOM analysis at project level :

• Burst demand request by customers – assess entire BOM materials lead-times, chronic suppliers, customer managed allocations , etc., then present from materials perspective how to support burst demand plan to support operations
• Align with CM then work with Supply Chain Program managers (SCM Project Manager) for localization or regionalization of OEM & BTP parts
• Lead internal tiger team that may include different functions and departments to drive supplier long-term issues and improve supplier performance.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong purchasing knowledge including processes, tool, practices.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Head of Performance marketing and working in partnership with our regional marketing leaders, you will make our global paid marketing operations world-class thanks to automation. This Alliances Business Manager role will develop the full 360 degree Telco Service Provider (SP) partner led growth from leveraging partner teams and reach, especially for Managed Services. • Oversee daily accounting operations, supervising the accounts payable, receivable, income audit, fixed assets, and general ledger functions.
• Ensure all Finance Operations comply with policies and procedures.

2. Company Secretary Services

Goal is to achieve a near 90+% of automation using AI for the company secretary services for us to bring in operational efficiency and help businesses with better operations management ant scale.

For Sleek Business Account increase our AUM and MAU by minimum of 20% in next 6 months from current levels.

A Building & Facility Manager/ Executive overseeing all aspects of building facility functions and guarantees the safety, maintenance, and functionality of all facilities for the industrial building.

Duties include running routine safety inspections, corresponding with contractors, planning maintenance work, maintaining records, supervising the facility staff, managing tenants and etc.

Responsibilites:

• Plan, organize, coordinate, and oversee operational processes of industrial building, including maintenance, safety, cleanliness and etc
• Work within budgetary and compliance parameters to ensure upkeep of building facilities
• Ensure legal compliance where needed
• Work closely and liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to implement cost-effective, simpler, and faster ways of carrying out facility upkeep, development, and maintenance
• Manage and attend to tenant’s feedback and service requests in a timely manner
• Lead the technicians and manage vendor services to achieve the required professional standards in day-to-day operation
• Raise PO and certify job completion/delivery undertaken by contractors/vendors
• Assume any other facilities-related duties assigned by the management

Requirements:

• A Diploma/Degree holder in Facilities Management, Building Services or related discipline and preferably with three (3) years of relevant experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities as specified / managing industrial buildings
• Experience in performing these tasks and is hands on to ensure planning to execution
• Team player, results-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful
• Possess good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills
