As  Manager, Issuer Relationships at Checkout.com, you will be responsible for leading Checkout.com’s Issuer Relationship engagements in Asia Pacific region. Daily EHS Tasks:

• Submit a weekly EHS report to the Project Management (PM) team every Friday for activities in the past week. This should include foresight any risks against EHS matters.

• Consolidate accurate site information on established KPIs to T&T PM as well as client.
• Maintain and upkeep recurring meeting invites sent / assigned to send.

Training & Certification:

• Ensure all workers have received necessary safety training and possess relevant certifications.
• Review training records and address any gaps or additional training needs.

Position purpose:

Reporting to our CFO, the Treasury Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's treasury function, including cash management, liquidity planning, risk management, and banking relationships. Responsibilities

· End-to-end ownership (design, define and deliver) of the Core Banking platform release management.

· Identify technical skills and resources required for kick-off of projects delivery. From Environments Provisioning Team, c Coordinate with DEV SET BAU Guild Functional Leads for resourcing.

· Perform the Scrum Master role (where required) and lead the EMT PRJ Support Environment Provisioning team in their sprint deliveries.

· Ensure the deliveries are adhered to standards and processes related to infra setup, application deployment and data safety..

· Collaborate with project team members from various domains to monitor, develop, execute project plans associated with project content.

· Manage multiple work-streams concurrently and effectively resolve issues or conflicts.

· Actively monitor and report progress to all stakeholders in a timely manner by using a variety of formal communication channels.

· Deal with all project-related escalations and seek input and assistance from appropriate channels to resolve in a timely manner

Technical Requirements

· Minimum 12 - 17 years of experience and out of which, minimum 5+ years of release management using JIRA in CORE Banking.

· Managed Finacle 10.x/11.x and multi-countries and OPEN systems production environment.

· Good knowledge in various cloud supporting technology technologies to support the infrastructure

· Hands-on Experience in Finacle Application (Core Banking) Server Capacity Monitoring and Optimization.

· Good level of command over production Infra; performance monitoring and reporting tools.

· Good working experience in Elasticsearch, Logstash, Grafana/Kibana, AppDynamics etc.

· Ideal hands-on experience in Unix/Linux/Shell/Python scripting.

· Good Hands-on experience in PAAS (Platform as a Service) and not limited to AWS, Pivotal, OpenShift.

· Sound knowledge on CI/CD tools, flow mechanism other supporting tools with project implementation experience.

· Knowledge on API Message, Queue handling and Caching Techniques most likely on Kafka and Redis.

· Working Experience on any microservice platform mostly in Banking.

· Ideally Site Reliability Engineering principles regarding performance, reliability, monitoring, alerting in Production environment.

· Perform at the highest level of competencies like: Achieving Excellence People Management Solution Driven Relationship Innovative Purpose-Driven.

· Ability to work with stakeholders to stretch role in depth/width.

· Should be well-versed with latest Finacle and technology trends.
