Job Summary

The Commercial Contracts Manager will in large part work with and support the APAC sales organization. • Appointed by Designated Person (DP) as the Environmental Control Coordinator (ECC) for each hawker centre / wet market, to develop the ES programme in accordance with the ES standards and monitor its implementation on-site.

3.Feedback/Appeals Management & Stakeholders’ Engagement

• Managing feedback providers professionally to ensure that their feedbacks are being addressed or resolved promptly in accordance to NEA’s service standard.
• Regular engagement with stakeholders including stallholders, Merchants/Hawkers Association (MA/HA), Town Councils, other Agencies etc to implement initiatives and resolve operational issues related to Hawker Centres.

Reporting to Head, Partnerships and Engagement Chinese Media Group, you will be managing the Chinese Media Group rewards programme and gamification rewards platform, to increase users engagement and loyalty towards the various titles under the Group.

Responsibilities:

- To manage CMG existing rewards programme, including working with partners to offers contests, giveaways and leverage on CMG’s events

- To work closely with product manager and developer to develop a holistic gamification platform with sound logic to increase users engagement

- To manage the rewards redemption and the point system

- To include the gamification platform as an integral part of the CMG rewards programme

- To manage the P&L for the program and ensure that economic models and strategies around earning, redemption of loyalty points are in place
