Overview

Lead and manage IT (e.g Customer Relationships Management) & data related projects to ensure it meets the overall operations’ objectives. This role includes but not limited to monitor project timeline, ensuring uses of data is adhered to organization’s policy.

Job Responsibilities

1. Plan and develop strategy to enhance IT system to improve operations efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Review, implement & monitor in the delivery of new IT system featuresMonitor and track the project timeline to ensure smooth timely implementation of the system.
   Review and improve system flow, process and policies across entire user journey to enhance operations efficiency.
   Review possible integration of various systems to enhance robusticity of the system.
   Consolidate list of requirements from stakeholders and prioritize the request according to impact.
   
3. Engagement relevant stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements to ensure continuous improvement of the system.
4. Management the use of data in systemCollaborate with key stakeholders to develop marketing list for campaigns according to outreach strategy.
   Monitor and track the use of data and its purpose.
   Oversee the data input quality and adherence to system standards.
   Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and report on outreach responses, campaigns, and events to optimize & rsee the Operation & Maintenance of Data Analytics and ensure adherence to PDPA.
   
5. Management of user matrix and authorized users for the systemEnsure the system users are given the right access based on their job role.
   Ensure the user list is up to date and only intended users has access to the system.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Minimum 7 years of working experience (including leadership experience), preferably in healthcare.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

• Develop channel partners’ aftermarket capability in a geographic area by resolving product, performance, and process issues.
• Resolve product process and technical issues and ensured dealers meet customer ownership experience, profitability, and growth expectations.
• Communicates with factories on appropriate issues and solutions

The Volunteer & Merchandise Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of volunteer programmes within the SPCA, developing the SPCA’s volunteer management and engagement strategies. He/she also supports the Community Engagement team with curating, developing, and optimising the placement of SPCA’s merchandise.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Developing volunteer recruitment strategies and reactivation strategies for passive volunteers.
• Reviewing and developing volunteer management practices.
• Developing and conducting volunteer training and recognition programmes.
• Identifying opportunities for volunteer partnerships with social service organisations, community stakeholders, corporate partners and government agencies.
• Working with other departments to identify our volunteer needs and training strategies.
• Assigning volunteers to specific roles and projects based on their skills and interests.
• Coordinating volunteer scheduling and ensuring adequate volunteer involvement in activities/events.
• Building and maintaining relationships with volunteers and garnering their feedback to better improve our volunteer management strategies.

• Ensuring a proper feedback loop between volunteers and staff they work closely with to better monitor volunteer performance and provide feedback and support where required.
• Maintaining accurate records of volunteer information.
• Generating monthly reports on volunteer activities.

• Updating monthly sales records.
• Maintaining inventory and managing the SPCA Merchandise Store (online and offline).
• Reaching out to corporates and malls for potential locations for external merchandise sales

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree in any related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar position
• Able to work independently and in teams, meticulous and detail oriented.
• Good communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate well in written and spoken English.
• Passion for animal welfare
• Preferred: Prior experience in volunteer management

As a SHEQ Manager, you will be responsible to support Global SHEQ & Sutainability Director on the STC SHEQ strategy and objectives. To lead, develop and maintain STC’s SHEQ management programs and systems in the concerned region. To support line management in delivering SHEQ objectives

Job Responsibilities

SHEQ Manager region:

• Execute (in conjunction with line management) the strategic direction determined by the global director for the continuous improvement of SHEQ management program and systems.

• Advise line management and assist with the implementation of new or existing SHEQ-related legislation, rules and Company standards to include: fire prevention, health and safety awareness training, site inspections of Company and contractors’ sites.

• Lead safety incident investigations, provide SHEQ expertise during the investigation of Customer Complaints, provides support and expertise to line management, monitor corrective actions and ensure all documentation is updated.

• Take full responsibility for regional preparations and execution of periodic health, safety and quality assurance audits.

• Assist in managing vendors through improvements based on non-conformities, supplier audits and KPI’s.

• Advises line management on health, safety, quality and environmental matters and manages this process to ensure all advice is incorporated into day to day processes and operations.

• Guide regional management or project teams on SHEQ related projects and tasks as they arise to ensure SHEQ principles are integrated.

• Monitor, analyze and regularly report SHEQ trends & statistics of set critical performance indicators to the global director and to the local management team as agreed or required by applicable legislation, regulations, adopted Industry and SHEQ standards, programs or best practices.

• Advice pro-actively to and keep the global manager abreast of any suggestions for improvement, areas of concern etc. that need regional / global focus and/or follow up.

Reputation and branding:

• Pro-actively analyze, identify, report & share learnings with SHEQ Coordinators and/or STC employees regionally through regular communications to improve the organizations SHEQ awareness and performance.

• Further develop the safety reputation of tank container logistics and the organization’s HSE reputation by representing and participation in project teams or local industry organizations such as ITCO and CDI and SQAS.

Improve & develop SHEQ awareness and behaviour:

• Develop & implement SHE&Q related training and HSE awareness in conjunction with the global manager, to promote STC’s SHEQ principles & culture in the organization.

• Guide train & develop local management and local employees in the area of SHEQ to become competent.

• Pro-actively analyze, identify, report & share learnings with STC employees regionally through regular communications to improve the organizations SHEQ awareness and performance.

• Pro-actively report to global director and (local) management on the status, progress, achievements and concerns in achieving agreed objectives & deadlines;

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree required.

· Trained Internal Auditor ISO 9001 and / or ISO 14000, or willing to be certified;

· Knowledge of the logistical trade is an advantage.

· Minimum 4 years’ experience in logistics & transport industry;

· Operational and/or commercial experience preferred;

· Demonstrable experience in SHEQ (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, SQAS, IMPCAS);
