5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for financial matters between international subsidiaries and China headquarters.
   Collaborate with regional finance teams to standardize processes, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
   Facilitate communication and alignment on financial objectives, initiatives, and priorities across different functional areas and geographic locations.
   
6. Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and external partners.
   Liaise with China headquarters to provide financial updates, strategic insights, and support for decision-making.
   Represent the finance function in meetings, negotiations, and presentations with internal and external stakeholders.
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; ACCA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proven track record in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and treasury management.
• Strong understanding of international finance, including foreign exchange, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, MS Excel, and ERP systems; experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across cultures and functions.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on driving business performance and fostering innovation.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required; additional languages are a plus.

This position will be part of a team handling a wide range of treasury activities including assisting treasury operations.

Area of Responsibilities:

• Handling of Import and Export trading shipments.
• Monitoring of the utilisation of banking facilities.
• Liasing with financial institutitons on the utilisation of banking facilities.
• Liaising with colleagues to ensure smooth operation of trading shipments.
• Supervising / preparing of payment via onine banking platform.
• Any other matters as delegated by respective supervisor.

Skills & Experiences Required

You wll need min bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience required.

• Postgraduate degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) advantageous.
• Proven track record as Project/Program Manager in compliance domain of banking or financial services sector essential.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet) necessary.
• Knowledge of banking domain and experience in Regulatory and Compliance Technology projects preferred.
• Understanding of technical aspects of project implementation required, with preference for experience in machine learning/Big Data projects.
