Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various roles.
2. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
3. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.
4. Partner with hiring managers and HRBP to understand their needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
5. Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the best candidate fit.
6. Participate in various HR initiatives and projects to enhance employee engagement and organizational development.
7. Manage the payroll processing function, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
8. Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payroll administration.
9. Develop and promote our employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
10. Leverage social media, job boards, and other platforms to enhance our presence and reach.
11. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on recruitment progress and challenges.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of talent acquisition experience, with a strong background in both agency and in-house recruitment.
3. Proven ability to manage the full recruitment cycle and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
4. Experience with HR projects and payroll processing.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
6. High level of initiative and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
7. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
8. Proficiency in HR software and recruitment tools.
