The Supply Chain function plays a key role in ensuring products are available to our clients in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing wastage, controlling inventory and planning. In turn, these activities support the financial health of the House. In addition, the Supply Chain team leverages the After Sales Service team to elevate client experience and to encourage loyalty, supporting the lifecycle of the products, also driving sustainability.

What you will do

The incumbent will be responsible for leading the supply chain organisation spanning the Distribution Centre and After Sales Service team, ensuring all functions enable the strategic objectives of each of the business divisions, whilst driving efficiency and client centricity – both internal and external clients.

• Develop a Vision for Supply Chain in Singapore to support the future business needs.
• Leading and driving the evolution of the supply chain organisation and to make the appropriate changes as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and Computer Science with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration, Active Directory administration, network administration, VMware administration, and Veeam backup administration.
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems, including phone systems.
• Experience working in CRM and ERP systems is required, with experience in the rollout and support of Salesforce CRM and ERP systems being desirable. Knowledge of Supply Chain, including order entry, purchase, and inventory management with the ERP Epicor system.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and query skills are desirable.
